At L.A-S, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are still attached.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package over any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
